The polypropylene tape with tight polypropylene coated mesh,weight 60-8- g/m2 coated 20-30 g/m2 offers flexibility of polyethylene bags with durability of paper bags. Pigmentation of polypropylene makes possible designing of fabrics colour in accordance with client preferences.
Smooth surface of the bags fabrics enables clear attractive print with elements of advertising,information for the customer,content and its origin,user instructions.
Loading of the A*STAR BAG is identical as in case of paper and polyethylene bags.This is simplified by the fact that the valve closes automatically when filled up.
In case of goods which require access to fresh air during loading, transport and storage A*STAR perforated bags can be used..The bag without perforation is air tight similar as from polyethylene.
Technological solutions allow for the bags to be bunk stored .Coating protects secure storing of fully loaded bags on pallets or shelves also protecting working around personnel. It enables also transport of fully loaded bags on the ramps.
